Milan Ibrahim, 68, of Chorley, was sentenced to six-and-a-half years at Preston Crown Court on 27 August 2026 for conspiracy to defraud after an illegal IPTV operation generated £980,812. PIPCU seized 80 servers. Stock Fire Stick legal; illegal IPTV subscriptions and pre-loaded sticks are the crime.
