Channels in Favourite list disappear

Hi all

I keep getting this case from time to time, when I open the app I find the favourite list empty ( no channels added)

It started since February 2022, I just updated the app to version 4.4.0, and I have android tv box, but thought to check with you guys if anyone got this issue.

I've heard others comment about this but not very rarely and across versions. I think the conclusion was channells were being moved around by providers and there path was different and not found by tivimate.

For all channels ? Disappeared in one day ?
I don’t think that is the case
Because I performed a backup on my favourites and when the channel list disappears I restored the backup and it works well!
