I don’t know if it’s the service or tivimate or my isp, but the picture will freeze while the audio still plays. Zi go up a channel and then back down and it’s fine for a while. Any ideas?

I have this exact same issue when I'm playing from my Firestick but no problems on my Nvidia shield so I've been blaming it on the device.

If the firestick causing issues. Could be that latest software update. I recommend trying to resetting the firestick to factory default to make sure you clear all cache issues

It is unfortunate guys. But it is something that these things happen. Uncontrolled as they say
