I have done those steps as prescribed and I can't login to the Tivimate. However it did allow me to update the app on my firestick, but I am not allowed to login.
So what is the contact info for the mobile group. The 2.8.5 is on the Firestick. The app on the firestick will let me upgrade to 3.1.1, but I did not want to convolute the scenario, since tit is the Tivimate companion that is not setup.
I paid via the phone app a one time 19.99 fee to get a premium account with Tivimate. I tried to log in after I paid via GooglePay. I can not login to the Mobile App and on the the TV when I login it is not registering as a Premium Account.
I did as you suggested, I restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the application with the same results. It continues to resend the same way.
Lol, no I was wondering if that was what you needed. I am trying to log into the mobile app and the firestick app. From mu understanding you use th same login for both. I need to setup the premium account.
