Will it still be necessary to send a ticket if I have quarterly payment or has that been fixed? I had to do that because the player and the account expire was different. Now the player(s) don't show expire date.

I paid successfully. For the last couple of years quarterly payment customers were required to open a ticket to sync the expire dates between account and player. If I did not it would show expired in the player in one month even though I was paid for 3 months.

I've always been a monthly payer since the start. Obviously, another quirk I've not heard of. I do glance at the expiration date after payment, but it seems more of a visual annoyance than a problem. I don't blame you for opening a ticket quarterly, however.
 
Ok, PDS is now Odin, and everything is smoooooth including the payment portal website. During the blackout I also subscribed to Hiddenserv and now have that as my secondary service. However - if they're the same service, different payment portals, if one goes down, it seems like (from the recent mishaps) the other will as well. Does anyone swear by a TRUE backup - something to swap to when this kind of thing happens? I don't want to keep paying for 2x of the same service if they're both going to tank at the same time in the future.

You would appear to be backing up your service with the same 'service' given their apparent relationship.

Yes, of course. As you're aware the majority of services have a considerable focus on US services/channels/locals/movies, etc., and you can 'block' the others. I would suggest wandering through the many services offered here at @husham forums to see what's offered Husham forums IPTV providers - Some may have a free trial, some may just have a channel listing, or an overview, and some may offer a minimum sub of one month to try.
 
Hiddenserv is still Pending services for 2 days after paying for new subscription. Has anybody encountered this before?

I'm trying order PDS all access and add the 7 dollar extra connection but don't see option. But it says you can add extra connection trying to avoid paying 36 dollars and want to pay 21 dollars any help would appreciated thx

A bit odd...I'm not sure if there's an option at checkout to add the extra connection for $7 (there should be), but the Family Access and Family Access Plus have two or three connections included for $16.00 and $18.99, respectively.
 
the service is way off for me today, outa sync a lot and buffering. A lot of channels are dead.
I've been using them this morning, mainly news networks, US FHD, and Financial. All okay. Try the routine maintenance and reboot your device as well.
 
If anyone is having issues with credit card payment like i was on the new odin system...Under the invoice there is a new drop down option for credit card. I was on the alternative one from before and my payment kept failing. Make sure to setup a card under the credit card tab as well.
