I put in another ticket in the billing category and flagged it high importance and got a response the same day

I have the same issue with quarterly payments. I have to send a ticket after every invoice to get it synced with the expiry. I paid the extra invoice that I got and when they finally responded to the second ticket , they applied the payments I made and the expiry now is good.

I paid successfully. For the last couple of years quarterly payment customers were required to open a ticket to sync the expire dates between account and player. If I did not it would show expired in the player in one month even though I was paid for 3 months.

Will it still be necessary to send a ticket if I have quarterly payment or has that been fixed? I had to do that because the player and the account expire was different. Now the player(s) don't show expire date.
