It finally got reset. I was told if you are on a quarterly or annual plan you need to open a ticket after your paid invoice, to get the expiration on the connection reset so they are synced.
it happened a month after payment, I have always paid for 3 months but it only registered 1 month on the playlist
this happened last time and got it going right away.
I am paid to December (quarterly)and getting account expired. I put in a ticket ....is anyone responding to them? This is happening one month after payment every time but now getting no response from a ticket.
I do regular maintenance : rebooting router and modem weekly, clearing cache often, and when I have issues switching servers on the VPN, and watching lower bitrate channels during high traffic times. I have very few issues.
