Three days straight and still can’t pay my invoice. Service ends in 1 day. Tried at 2am, 3am, 5am. Looks like connecting and I get to login page. But then stalls and times out. If I ever do connect I am going to look for alternative service. I can’t keep doing this every month. Any ideas on...

Link does not work. It’s the same link on the invoice. My sub renewal is due in 2 days so hope they are working to fix the issue. Been trying for 2 days straight and still can’t connect.

That’s the truth! Hope I get to pay before my service gets cut off Saturday. Been trying to pay for days.

I’ve tried to get into the payment portal but it just hangs and times out. I’ve tried several days now. Just got payment reminder and tried again, same result. My service will end Saturday if I can’t get in to pay. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I would also consider an alternative IPTV. I’ve had Gamers for years also but my sub is about to expire and I’m not going to enter my financial info with the expired website certificate and warnings about logging into their site.

I submitted a ticket over the pdslive.media expired website certificate. Hope they get it resolved soon so I can pay my bill. I'm unwilling to expose my financials until this issue is resolved.

I went to https://pdslive.media to pay my bill and got a message that "Your Connection Is Not Private" and the https has a strikethru on it like it is not valid. There is a warning in chrome not to continue. I don't feel comfortable entering my financial data. I've never seen this error before...

Please don’t go too hard on them. I think they are working to the best of their ability to get things up and running. I’ve had them for quite a while and overall their service has been very good. I can relate to what they must be going thru as I’ve been a network administrator and let me tell...

Does anyone know of any low bitrate (720 or lower) IPTV providers similar to what Gamers provides? I am looking for a backup service and due to personal economics I have a very slow (6mbps) internet. Gamers low bitrate 720 channels play just fine - looking for a backup service. Thanks in advance.
