The channels in the 4K Raw Feeds category occasionally work then stop working then start then stop very frequently which gets really frustrating

just wondering if you guys have had any success in contacting them. Also do you guys know any services that are providing similar channels and vod like electro because my subscription does not have that much time left and if electro does not come back I may need to find a new subscription...
