So my Tivimate account is no the same as my standard Google account but I have managed to download the APK and loaded it through Bluestacks but I now have a blank Tivimate screen, nothing al all.

Why do I not see it in the android playstore but I cn see it if i go through a browser. Through a borwser it says incompatible even if I find it though chrome on my Galaxy 8+

So if I cancel the annual today, it will work until my yealry runs our in May next year? Then I get a chance to buy the lifetime? If it runs out, do I lose all my settings or will they be maintained?

I have loaded BlueStacks onto my PC and am trying to find TiviMate in the playsoter. Only Companion is there. I have a subscription so I don't need the Companion. Tivimate player is not there. When I look in the playstore on my browser, it is there but of course not compatible with my PC...

I am trying to access Tivimate Companion on Bluestacks on my pc (I have Tiviimate yearly subscription on my Android Box since May). I am signed into Bluestacks with my Google Account but the companion does not accept the same parameters. Possibly I created my Tivimate with a different email but...

I am not sure. I purchased online and I suspect from a Tivimate link directly (something like 6 or 7 dollars). I cant remember if I got an email with the licence info or a download of the premium app.

I purchased TiviMate several months back for my Android box. I am extremely pleased with the product. I am not sure whether I am allowed to use my subscription on another device (my laptop or desktop running Bluestacks). If so, where do I find the licence information on my first install?
