Finally worked this morning!!

Mine worked at 5am this morning so I'm good for this month. I asked about autopay and they said that they don't offer it anymore.

I remember a while back I was on autopay and it was so easy. I didn't have to worry about it but somehow I lost that option. I'll have to search the site and see if I can get back on autopay. I didn't know it was still an option.

What service did you go with? I'll keep this one if I can ever get on and pay but I'd like a back up just in case.

I’m having an issue logging in to pay my invoice over the last couple of days too.

About 24 hours. They used to get to it quicker but I’m not complaining.

They responded to my ticket and sent me an invoice. Seems to be good now.

I was able to log in and make my payment. All is working fine again.

Question about service. Recently they have just billed my card every month and I have not received emails but this month no email and my card was not charged. I can’t get in to open a ticket. Any suggestions?
