Its become a total joke. Paid last 9 mths with bitcoin no problem. Went to pay again, payment went through, account says active but when check channels, expired. A lump sum payment at that, no ticket response or credit. Finished!

Yes that's the payable solution as of now. The portal page is back up and running, unfortunately tickets are not being read or responded to. Time will tell. Cheers

💯 agree. This happen a while back, same idea. Ticket response delayed unfortunately, however would have been quite simple to send wide ticket with info. Been with them for a long time, this time is rough.

Interesting.. honestly I have used coinbase cdn for payment. As of last month, was only a 1$ Cdn. With exchange, for ex: 20 for 28. I've had no additional issues or bank transfer fees. Thx

Yes thats what needs to be done. Create a coinbase account, once its created, need to buy bitcoin. Do the exchange rate to what works for you. Once about to pay, copy the link and add to the payment address.

When your in the payment portal, click pay now. When the screen switches, at the bottom will say payment method. Usually says card. Click that and you'll seen btc pay. Click pay and a qr code will appear and copy that code.

Ya it is, they should have sent a wide ticket on the issue. Has happen before a few yrs back, same issue. Bitcoin payment was the solution and as mentioned, I've always used coinbase. Hopefully it get active if payment did go through. 12 hrs is quite a long time tho.

Strange. Check to see if your account is live. If your transfer went through and it should automatically say paid. How long was it when you sent payment?

It was active withing 10-15 mins at most. After payment went through, mine reactivated right away. When it asked for the name, code to send payment to, did you copy the code and paste on the coinbase site?

Just paid my service through coinbase. Yes it is a bitcoin style pay but very easy and secured payment. Cheers

As for payment issue with hiddenserv, what I found worked and has happen before is to delete your saved card info, log out. Log back in and re enter your card info under payment method and save. When you reach the payment portal and submit payment, it will say "submitting", click again and...

It's possible the issue is with your isp. My opinion is to use a vpn to eliminate that issue. I have been for over 10 yrs and do not have buffering issues. Cheers
