I'm through the same server and others, when big events are playing, yes the servers can get overloaded, however all channels are working. Vpn is an option, does help with buffering, different players as well. Internet speed is the main essential for smoother play. Cheers

I am also a customer since then and as of now. I've had no problems with them since last maintenance, which was a while ago...Couple things I say is vpn, background apps cuz the device to lag, also the url using could be an older one( like mths or a year ago)...they do take some time to reply to...
No they good, have had little issues. Tickets are late yes but the service is great. After each pay date, withing 24 hrs a ticket is responded as a closed account ticket or a new ticket created.
Most of the time they respond between 12am-6am est. When there's numerous tickets regarding the same issues, it's prolonged. I hear ya on the situation, they will reply. Best things is when it's replied, proceed to quarterly payments and it will extend the connection period, that's what I did...

Have you been replying to an open ticket? If so, the tickets are more delayed...myself I have opened new tickets. There's 2 options, choose the one in regards to your ticket, when submitted you will receive an email with more info and the ticket will be replied quicker. My opinion. Cheers

Ya I see how it is, same with numerous services. It's an invoice issues at the moment, I did receive mine a few days ago and was able to pay, tickets aren't being responded to. Billing will be resolved in future, patience is needed, unfortunately.
