I have or have had perhaps 20 or more, and the only app I use is TiviMate. It's far and away better than anything else available.

Yes, you do need the Premium version of TiviMate to use the favorites feature.

While the free version allows you to load a single playlist and browse the basic Electronic Program Guide (EPG), "Favorites Management" is strictly a premium feature. In the free version, the option to highlight a channel and add it to a favorites list is completely locked out.

If you want to pull your most-watched channels into one centralized folder so you don't have to scroll through thousands of streams every time, you will need to upgrade to TiviMate Premium.
