recording

I have a premium account. My first tries to record were successful 4 or 5 times but now i am unable to record properly....
All my efforts result in only about one minute of recording. Apparently this is not uncommon but I can find no fix.
When I look at "about" in settings I see that I have version 2.8.0 (premium)
Any help would be great. Thanks

thank you!.... I will have to find the latest version and do that... (not sure where to start) are you able to send me a link that is reliable ?

ooops...never mind , I found it...thanks. It is installed, but after entering the info several times it says,"no channels"
Wondering if I will need new subscription credentials..?
