What does the 'Exclamation Point' mean?

Possible situations:
Channel stopped working, your internet connection dropped for a moment, you hit your storage limit on that device’s internal storage or SD card..usb..ect. It’s just letting you know there was some kind of issue with the recording..whether it completed or not.
 
Ok thanks as always Crystalblue6161 - this explains why sometimes I have the exclamation point against the title and still have a partial or full (but glitchy) recording. :)
