Vpn disconnecting

Hello when I use Tivimate my vpn disconnects after 1 minute.

I’ve tried other iptv players and all is fine.

I’ve tried other vpn providers and vpn disconnects so it’s Tivimate

I’ve tried different servers but still disconnects.

I’ve tried numerous settings but still disconnects.

I paid for premium but can’t use Tivimate and I’m getting no customer service.

Please help
 
Never heard this one before. Where are you trying to get customer service?

There isn't any tivimate website let alone a contact form. You most likely have a hacked version supplied by maybe your service provider. I'm not sure you'll find support other than from them. On the other hand you might consider uninstalling it an buying a legit version from playstore.

I have tivimate on my firestick, it’s legit, I purchased the premium version thru companion app. It just disconnects all my vpn’s everytime and I can find a solution anywhere. This forum is my last resort
 
First try uninstalling tivimate restarting and reinstalling if this continues go to tivimate listing on Google play and email the developer and go to his reddit pages AlexR_15 (u/AlexR_15) - Reddit and present your issue.
