Unable to Unlock Preium on new device

I already have a paid subscription for TiviMate Premium.
I've tried to Unlock Premium but it states that the username/password is wrong, but I know they're correct.
Any ideas?

I found that I'd used different credentials for my TiviMate account, which I noticed on my android deviced.
