I paid for a premium and I cant get in on it again, all its say I already have it but still I cant get in to premium?
 
try clearing cache
 
were you still in the free trial period? if you were it changes to premium after that period expires. its best to contact the developers though if the problem persists.
 
Can not get Tivimate Premium to open on my two Fire devices. I have an Android device that Tivimate Premium is running fine. When I try to get to Premium on the Fire devices I keep getting “No Valid Code”. I have even downloaded Tivimate Companion and it keeps telling me I can pay on my Fire devices. I have tried every username and password I have for Google and Tivimate nothing works!!!
