I had to re-install tivimate and it says no valid order although I purchased only six month or so ago, any ideas

Which device? Did you purchase thru the Companion App or Google Play Store? Download the Companion App..sign in with your credentials..remove your device that you reinstalled on. Then in TiviMate..login to premium again. It will re-add that device.
