Tivimate won't show TV guide info more then a day

Hey guy I signed up with monstertv spoke with them they said tivimate app 3.1.5 would help with my issue and nothing. I can't see any info on my tv guide for future recording past 24 hours after that it shows no info. It shows for movie channels like cinemax etc but no other channels. Please help

this is typically a provider issue not the fault of the player.
