Tivimate with VLC as external player

Hey there. I use a FireStick 4k with Tivimate.. Sometimes one of my channels freezes and when i use VLC as an external player, it works but no sound!! Someone has an idea?

Have you clicked the icon in the bottom left corner and made sure the Audio is turned on?

Did you download the VLC player from the Amazon App Store?
Have you tried MX Player instead?

Yes the language is written but doesnt work.. I downloaded VLC from the store on amazon firestick and even download the apk from Downloader app... Either way, didnt work..

Yes I tried MX Player but it was worse..the audio worked but the video was accelerated and freezes...
