Tivimate premium

I’ve payed €26,99 for premium in the Tivimate app.
I’ve payed with google and I see on my account that the amount went to google and not toTivimate.
In the app premium doesn’t work

I think premium will start after the free trial period of 5 days is over. Payment thru Google is normal
