Tivimate Premium error on Tivimate Companion

I want to buy Tivimate Premium from Tivimate Companion on my PC but when I try to purchase it with my crédit card I’ ve got this message:
It’s in french : " Une erreur inatendue s’est produite. Veuillez réessayer plus tard. [QR-IEH-01] 9513b216684c368d

Any idea why this happend ?

A generic response of "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" isn't very helpful. If you don't have an Android phone/tablet it's not easy. I'm all Mac and the current v4 of Blue Stacks won't run, nor does the Companion app on a Fire device. I would message Alex, the developer on Reddit, and explain the situation. If you don't hear from him, let me know and I'll dig up his email address. I don't see it here now.
