Tivimate error the @ sign not appearing

Too many users keep reporting that they can't use premium because they can not type user name because they can't find @ sign on the keyboard

Created this post for users having this issue. All users found this issue and fixed it please put feed back here.

I ran into this issue on a TIVO 4K. What I did to resolve it was go into settings..device preferences..keyboard..and changed the keyboard to “Gboard”. The @ sign then appeared for me to be able to use.
