Tivimate app won’t work

I have 2 accounts with Tivimate one for 7.99 and another I just purchased gor 24.99 because I used the limit of 5 devices on the old account. Each account has a different email address but for some reason they are merging every time I login. When I try to add a device to the new account it won’t let me use it.

The device you are trying to add is signed into your original account. You need to sign out and back in with your new account on that device. Here’s an article that may help you:

You can also remove the device from your Google account and then sign back in again with your new account on that device. I’m giving you options as you didn’t say which device you were using.
