Tivimate and Formuler z10 pro

Anybody else having issues running Tivimate on a Formuler Z10 pro box?
I'm encountering buffering all the time yet with the same set up and same supplier I'm getting no such issues with a box that was a third cheaper.
I contacted Formuler but got no real help

I thought you did a factory reset and it was working?

Yes did a factory reset and it worked for a few hours but since then I cannot watch without buffering every few mins
