I recently had to delete all data from my fire stick and re-install. Went to try and upgrade to my premium TiViMate but have forgotten my password. When I try to use the forgot password option it says it sent password but I do not receive it.

You will need to email Alex (the developer) and ask him for your password. Make sure you give him your email address you used when you purchased your premium subscription. Send it to: ar.mobile.dev@gmail.com
