Not enabling me to pay my subscription. Any ideas
I assume you were able to log in as I was. The site lacks any logical sense of doing things. If you've paid before, you may still need to select a new credit card. While it may seem like a duplication, it should work fine for you.
 
This appears to be similar to the issues from about two months ago that were cleared up. I paid my last bill over a week ago, so I cannot comment on what has taken place since. I can only suggest keeping trying and being patient. There is an extraordinary history of total incompetence with them that continues to periodically hit rock bottom. I cannot fathom why anyone would now, with all of the options, sign up with them. I'm grandfathered in, so I piss away a few dollars a month. Hang in there and look for other options. Rule one of IPTV: Have a backup. Rule two of IPTV, see rule number one.

Thank you. I am also grandfathered in so I never had a need for another service. There are so many other services to choose from, can you recommend others that are great, that are around $10/month? I am in the USA. Thanks.

Browse through Husham's IPTV Company Section - There is a lot to see there, and I noted some attractive deals. Some have a free trial or a one-month minimum.
 
It's really gone down hill on a support stand point. They use to have a discord that was great for support. After they shut that down it's pretty much a shot in the dark when it comes to any response from any support. Think they are gonna force my hand and close out all my customers accounts on renewal.

There's no question; there have been a lot of bumps along the road in the past many years. Personally, I only, for the price, consider it a backup and perhaps not a very good one at that. It would seem it's been one long downward spiral. Mind you, I'm not here to bash them. I just have to be honest. 📉
