Hi I paid for a life time subscription quite a while back now but I’ve just tried to sign in and it’s saying it’s expired, is this right ? Thanks for any help

Did you purchase at tivimate.com and try to log in there?

Hi just tried on tivimate.com says expired subscription, but I’ve paid for a life time subscription

Hi just found an email it says I bought the the subscription through google companion ? £6.99 year , to be honest I’m not really up on all this thought I’d paid for a life time subscription, is there any way if you finding this out I’m completely lost , sorry about this

The lifetime price for TiviMate is £29.99 I believe. In the US, it's $33.99. So you appear to have purchased a one-year subscription and it has expired. Coming up to the subscription date, you would have been notified that they were charging your account on file, and you would have had an opportunity to cancel it at that time. Perhaps you did unknowingly somehow. You will find support information on the website Tivimate.com
