Smart IPTV no sound Solved - issue with Smart IP TV Icon No Sound.

Smart IPTV sometimes display no sound icon on TV and no matter how many times you increase the volume Nothing works


Three solutions exists
Solution 1-
Found that following this steps it would fix the issue:

. Press Volume + key to the end ( it will should a volume bar )
. Right after the Volume Bar disappears press ( hold ) the Top of the Round Button ( the Donut ) it will start to increase the bar where the Icon is.

Solution 2 from user on firestick
Press the up button until you see the volume bar and increase the volume

Solution 3
Uninstall and reinstall smart IPTV and upload the channels again.
However solution one recommended

Please help we have tried the donut comes up but when we press on audio a box comes up in the righthand top corner and just says audio 1 and won’t let us change it? Please help

I don’t use a firestick, I did re-install IPtv and it worked but couldn’t figure out how to change sound, did get the donut but wouldn’t let me access sound? Thanks
