Smart IPTV How does it take to load channel list on Samsung TV?

A friend of mine recently bought an IPTV sub. But it seems to be stuck at Loading Channel List on his Samsung TV.
How long does it usually take to load the list? Maybe the list is too big for the TV? The example list from siptv loaded without problems

If you are using Smart iptv then yes smart iptv cannot handle a very big list

Samsung recommended apps are limited these days
Samsung APPS can be found in the Samsung app store on the TV
