Side load IPTV Smarters on Samsung TV

Any tips on how https://19216801.onl/ NETGEAR Router Login - www.routerlogin.net to sideload IPTV Smarters onto my Samsung series 6 smart TV?
I tried changing location to USA but it still didn't show up in the store.
