Samsung Smart TV Auto open App?

Hi Everyone

I have below tv and install IPTV Smartest PRo on it for mother in law but she not able to open app if tv closed. There is any way to when open tv this app can start automatically and she can able to watch without doing any effort?

Does the app settings have a setting to start app when device turns on or wakes?
