No..unless your service offers Catchup. Then you can view the program once it has aired and use forward and backward functions. It’s kind of like having a DVR.
 
hi. can anyone explain how to use the catchup using tivimate premium on firestick. i have catchup active with the clock olongside the channels. but cant seem able to change date.
the service has catchup when used on mag box

i have also tried using the tivimate app on a pc
 
Long hold the back button when on the channel you want to view Catchup for.
