Reset password 4 times it will not login? My other 2 are logged in fine

Did you change the password 4 times? Or just try to?!
Have you tried force stopping the app..clear cache..and do reboots? Was this device ever listed as one of your devices? Did you have to uninstall and reinstall the app? Or is this the 1st time installing TiviMate on this device? Where did you do the password reset?

Tried resting password 4 time on forgot password. Uninstalled the app then reinstalled it. Force stopped the app also it is a new device I am able to get my IPTV on there just not log in to premium.
 
Which device is it? Android box or Firestick? Did you try using your credentials for the Google Play Store? Did you receive any info after clicking the forgot password link? Do you have TiviMate Companion installed on an Android phone?
