Have you updated your profile to reflect the credit card change? What error message do you get?
 
After putting my email address and password it tell me that access at this time error and I use google play
 
my guess is that maybe tivimate was looking for payment on the old credit card and payment was returned so it got cancelled. I've never heard of having to renew tivimate. If you cant get into your google account, you're using the wrong address or password. Maybe try creating a new gmail, google play account.
