You're not alone, It has never taken more than a day to have a reply on a ticket, until today. Trying to renew my service for the month despite an active account. An account I have had for a total of 11 years under various names. I have a total of 5 connections, two here and three on one if their sister billing sites. That account is working just fine.Cannot pay invoice under PSDlive billing. Opened two tickets days ago with no response. Is there something going on?
