Cannot pay invoice under PSDlive billing. Opened two tickets days ago with no response. Is there something going on?

You're not alone, It has never taken more than a day to have a reply on a ticket, until today. Trying to renew my service for the month despite an active account. An account I have had for a total of 11 years under various names. I have a total of 5 connections, two here and three on one if their sister billing sites. That account is working just fine.

Does regular $8.00 plan have 2 connections? i see only 1 on mine.
