Problem with Account

Hi! Not sure if this is the right place for this, but maybe someone can assist. My friends having an issue with his account on billing systems. He logs into smarters fine, and everything loads. However when he clicks on a channel (every single channel) he is getting playback error. Him and I have tried everything. His account is fully paid and up to date. He just signed up for it December 19. Please help. Thanks
