I see multiple people saying I've opened 2, 3 , 5, 7 or more tickets all for the same issue because they didn't get a reply quick enough. Look at it this way: if 1000 people are having a issue and each person opens 5 tickets now support has to deal with 5000 tickets instead of 1000. All this does is unnecessarily take up more of support staffs time causing response times to take even longer. Just open 1 ticket for your issue and give support time to respond and I'm sure response times will improve if this is done.
I am in now way affiliated with any iptv support service but can assure you as someone who has worked in tech support that all that happens from opening multiple tickets for 1 issue is increases the time it takes to resolve everyone's issues.
