I blame Microsoft to be honest.
Honestly, the real problem is that Microsoft abandoned it and a lot of developers followed, which left many IPTV apps without updates for older systems.
Even on my side, I’m stuck on Windows 10 for some devices and can’t upgrade, so I understand the situation.
Right now, there isn’t a new fully supported IPTV application built for Windows 7. Most developers stopped development because of security requirements in modern frameworks. But a few options still work:
• Kodi should still run fine and play IPTV lists.
• Older versions of IPTV Smarters might work, but support is hit or miss.

Take a look at the list and see if any still work for you. If you want, I can test a few options and update the list based on your feedback.

I was in the same boat as you. I did a lot of reasearch and I think I have the best one for Windows.
