There are others here that are reporting my issue, No response from PDSLive support. Yes, I know the service is working, yes, they process my Payments...but I have created tickets both in Billing and Tech Support...they are 3 to 4 weeks old...I have sent F/U tickets....the Site shows these tickets as Unanswered. But there are some people that Posted here that they have gotten responses....and that the replies were timely. I thought I read PDSLive took over, merged another IPTV service into their system...is this true? I have been with this service since they were Gamers...that what 6 to 7 years ago? I continue to pay for the service, but I do need to know when I experience an issue the support team will be their for me and respond promptly. Anyone have any update to address this lack of responses from them?
