Previously I was having issues paying for my service due to various server issues. I decided to do the 6 month subscription plan last month. My account says active till April, 2024. A few days ago I could not login to my service and customer service isn't responding. It say my account is expired however I'm active till 2024. Is anyone else still having these type issues?
 
I finally got a response. It appears that someone dropped the ball and didn't make a change to switch the billing to six months instead of month to month. Everything has been resolved now. It took their customer service a week to respond.
