Paying for Tivimate etc

Hi folks, been using Tivimate for some time - now got a problem.
When Google Play Store tried renewing my premium subs the card they used had expired.
Now they've frozen my account cos maybe I entered incorrect details for the updated card
anyway - is it possible to renew my subs outside of Google Play Store? I don;t want to lose premium access

also, does Tivimate still offer the lifetime subs option?

No only Google playstore

damn, thanks. Google still haven't replied to my submission to reactivate my Play Store account - if it isn't resolved soon is there someone I can talk to at Tivimate about giving me a little extra time before shutting me off?
