ParserException in Tivimate

I have some VOD that play no problem in Tivimate, but every once in a while, I will get a VOD that will only play if I open in external player.

I'll get ParserException when trying to watch in Tivi, but when I open in external, it plays no problem.

Is there a way to fix this within Tivi?

I often receive this error message too but I don't really know why it occurs.
I can only guess that Tivimate has some sort of an error receiving the packet stream of data at that time compared to other (external) players which perhaps don't have the problem... buut that's just a guess.
 
Been getting this alot lately with Tivimate premium and using Team Rhino TV, so far I've not replicated this message with another IPTV provider but its only been a short window.
