Ola tv keeps buffering and crashing please help

Rest my android box due to this issue redownload ola tv and installed it but still have the same problem is there a way to fix the issue thanks

the usual advise is to unplug your modem and router and android box for 15 minutes. plug them back in, your box last and open settings to clear caches of all apps.

you can try uninstalling olatv and redownloading and installing it. make sure you write down any usernames and passwords if there are accounts involved.
