Ola Tv Channels keep Dropping when Watching

I have a question...when watching any channel.. it keeps stopping and dropping.. What could be the problem?? Is it possible that someone can contact olatv to fix the problem?
 
OLA 14 - An excellent APP but with major problems. The stream is not staying on without resetting the page piratically. this problem is not being addressed enough in this forum.
I have tried with and without the VPN. I also reloaded the app but the dropping is there.
 
Just wish the new update makes it a lot more simple than it is now. Navigating in this app is a nightmare. You spend so much time setting up a favorite list and most of them don't work after a few days or freeze after a few minutes. I mean started with A and now up to Q what happens when they run out of the alphabet start with the Greek one? Just simplify the damn thing.
