Having similar issues. However I pay by the 3 month plan and every month for the last year for some reason I get expired service but my account will still say my service is fine until the actual expiry date. I been having to contact them every month to fix it. This time it's been a week since I've submitted my ticket and nothing. The site us still up.
Same here I pay 3 at a time and this is the third time I have been shut off and submitted a ticket 2 days ago and submitted my invoice and still no service or answer to my ticket? Been a customer for about 3 and a half years and never had this happen in the past. I would like to really know what to make of this or hear really what the problem is with there pay portal .
