On my remote no blue red yellow green button.
How too handle this problem.
Ik have a Nvidia shield pro with the standaard remote.
normal operation always asks for the colurs so you do need to use them
but when your remote control does not have them then your device usually compensate with LONG Press and you get a menu that shows these options for you
