new server URL not working for me for Tivimate and XCIPTV

Unfortunately I didn't realize my account lapsed and that some changes were made but got it reactivated, i have the new server info but can not get it to work and help would be appreciated, I'm not real techy or great with this stuff so I may just be putting something in wrong
 
Go to add Playlist/xtreme codes/server address and add the server url there, press next and enter username, press next and enter password, unchecked include vod and press done after a bit you can name the Playlist or just hit done

unfortunately in xciptv it's telling me account is expired

With new server info? Did you get new username and password?
