url and epg as in a subscription to iptv?? If so, you should know tivimate is only a player and you'll have to subscribe to a service provider separate from tivimate
agree with @Ed209 , you would have recived this from an IPTV company and not from tivimate..
so the question is did you subscribe yet .. or are you looking for one?
